Assignment brief
From the audit, we compile an assignment
brief against which the search will be conducted. This brief has three
distinct purposes:
1. demonstrates to the client our clear
understanding of the individual being sought and the background to
the appointment.
2. provides an agreed basis upon which to progress the search, clearly
stipulating the role to be undertaken by the appointed candidate.
3. acts as a sales document to candidates on the long list and confirms
to them their suitability for the position.
Authorisation of a search will only
be accepted by Curtis Murray against an agreed assignment specification.
