The search itself
Once we agree to proceed, the Curtis Murray consultant compiles a
list of target companies within which we believe suitable candidates
are likely to exist. We agree this list with the client in advance,
expressly for the purpose of ensuring that we are not encroaching
on special or existing third party relationships.
From the target company list, we develop
a long list of individuals who undertake a similar role to that being
searched. This long-list is presented to the client to ascertain whether
or not any of the potential candidates are well-known to our client.
The main difference between Curtis
Murray’s methods of conducting a search and that of our industry
peers, is that our search consultant undertakes the entire process.
