He is highly experienced in senior leadership appointments, team lift‑outs, succession planning, executive bench development and the delivery of compensation and talent intelligence. Richard has executed mandates across Asia, North America, the United Kingdom and Europe, giving him a nuanced understanding of regional market dynamics and cross‑border talent movement.

Prior to entering executive search, Richard worked in Global Markets as an institutional derivatives salesperson and later gained experience in Capital Raising and Fund Distribution — grounding his advisory work in first‑hand industry knowledge and commercial insight.
