Richard works with a broad range of clients across Emerging Markets, with a particular focus on Africa and, to a lesser extent, the Middle East. His work spans the full spectrum of private equity and private credit, including direct investment platforms, advisory groups, fund of funds, secondaries, and placement agents. In addition, he partners with Infrastructure and Real Estate funds, Family Offices, global Impact Funds, and Microfinance Banks operating in both Europe and developing economies.

He brings more than twenty years of executive search experience, having initially focused on the European private equity, mezzanine, and infrastructure markets after beginning his search career in London with Sheffield Haworth in 1998.
